UP Board Exam: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has unveiled the date sheet for the final exams of classes 10 and 12. The UP Board High School (Class 10) and Intermediate (Class 12) examinations will commence on February 22 and conclude on March 9. Ahead of this, the UP Board has already announced the schedule for practical exams.
Exam Schedule Breakdown
The practical exams for Class 12 will be held in two phases. From January 25 to February 1, practical exams will take place in the Agra, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Lucknow, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, Faizabad, Azamgarh, Deoria, and Basti districts. Similarly, in the second phase, practical exams will be conducted from February 2 to February 9, 2024, in Aligarh, Meerut, Muradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur districts.
Student Registrations and Examination Trends
For the UP Board Exam 2024, a total of 55,08,206 students have completed the registration process, marking a decrease from the 58,84,634 students registered in 2023. Details regarding the examination dates can be found on the board’s official website, upmsp.edu.in, and students can also contact their respective schools for further information.
Schedule for Other Classes
The Secretary of the board mentioned that the annual exams for classes 9 and 11, as well as the pre-board written exams for classes 10 and 12, will be conducted by principals from January 13 to January 22, 2024.
These announcements come from UP Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla, who confirmed that the school-level annual exams for classes 9 and 11 and the pre-board written exams for classes 10 and 12 will be organized by principals between January 13 and January 22, 2024.
